During my recent stay at Sunview Place, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the longstanding balance of luxury and value. Nestled conveniently on Soi Buakhao, the hotel presents a solid offering for travelers looking for comfort amidst the bustling Pattaya scene. The friendly staff were genuinely welcoming, always courteous and keen to assist, which played a significant role in enhancing the experience. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness, a must-have for any hotel. My room featured air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and essential tea and coffee facilities, making it a suitable retreat after long days of exploration. While the location is near vibrant bars and restaurants and within walking distance to a pharmacy and convenient store, the hotel could benefit from better upkeep in some areas. I noticed minor maintenance issues, like a loose tap in the bathroom. For the wise traveler, it's a solid pick. I plan to return.
